CREATIVE CANDLES
SIMPLE WAYS TO LIGHT YOUR PARTY




We all love candles that are displayed creatively, the more the better.Nothing feels quite as cozy as the gentle flickering of a candle.



Below you will find many creative candle holder ideas, all you require to make these are a few materials and a little bit of craftiness.

LACE CANDLES



CANDLE LAMP SHADES
These clever lamps can give your table a chic festive look.All you need is wine glasses, scissors, scrap book paper, tea light and double sided tape.

Print the template, cut it out and trace it on your scrap book paper and create the shade.


FILM CANDLE HOLDER
Ever since digital photography has come into play, it's time to use your old negatives for something positively enlightening. All you need is a glass, your old negatives, a tea light and glue.


You can also use pictures from old books, magazines or maps.



CLOTHES CLIP CANDLE HOLDER
All you need is an old tin and wooden or decorative clothes pegs.

CITRUS CANDLE HOLDER
Start with varying sizes of glass containers or jars, place a pillar candle in the center, fill the remaining space with slices of lemon or orange and add water . Leave the top portion of the candle exposed for burning.

In a jar fit a candle wick attaching it to the top of the jar with a wire, add sliced lemons and olive oil. let it stand for 15 minutes before lighting. Not only are these candles smoke free but also give off a lemon fragrance.



WINE GLASS HOLDERS
Flip the wine glass over put, beads, flowers in the glass and a candle on top to make a table centre piece.



APPLE CANDLES
You will need apples, a scoop and a tea light. Take slightly ripe apples and scoop out the top just enough to fit the candle so that it is flush with the top. You can also use these as floating candles in water.
